AI PRODUCTION BIBLE — FOLDER TEMPLATE
Atomic Firefly / ICVM 2026

PURPOSE
A practical production-record structure for human-led AI-assisted creative work. It is not a legal safe harbor or proof of copyright by itself. Use it to preserve the real creative chain as it happens.

CORE HABITS
1. Keep original human-source files unchanged. Work from copies.
2. Version deliberately. Suggested pattern: YYYY-MM-DD_PROJECT_ASSET_v###_STATUS.ext
3. Save actual prompts, references, model/version/settings, and selected outputs when known.
4. Keep rejected takes when they materially explain a creative decision or continuity problem.
5. Save contracts, permissions, releases, licenses, receipts, and dated platform-terms snapshots in the rights folder.
6. Mark missing facts UNKNOWN rather than reconstructing them as certainty.
7. Keep the final master, disclosure/provenance records, and delivery/registration materials together.
8. Maintain an independent backup. The AI platform is a production tool, not your archive.
